So often, the roots of conflict within relationship issues are related to one’s own childhood wounds, attachment pain points and triggers that it makes it challenging to fully connect and communicate with your partner to have your needs met. Through giving yourself the space to do the deep inner work, ultimately, you will be more empowered to show up in a way that you can navigate conflict calmly and thoughtfully, leading to healthier and more intimate interactions overall.
